Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-06-07

Tool usage

All utility tools on Quialo run entirely in your browser using JavaScript, Web APIs, or WASM (for PDF features). No files, inputs, or results are transmitted to our servers or any third party for tool functionality. Your data stays on your device.

Email subscription

The optional "Get new tools in your inbox" form collects your email address and forwards it to a mailing list provider (when configured via environment variable). No email addresses are stored by Quialo itself. The provider's privacy policy applies to list management. You can unsubscribe at any time using links provided in emails.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited) for security, analytics, and performance. These logs are subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate traffic measurement and to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) . Data is used solely for analytics purposes; IP addresses are anonymized via the anonymize_ip setting. No personally identifying information is shared with Google beyond standard request data. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising and cookies (future)

As of the effective date, no advertising cookies are set by Quialo. Analytics cookies for aggregate measurement (Google Analytics) are described above. If advertising (such as Google AdSense) is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to describe any cookies, tracking, or data practices, and a consent mechanism will be added where required by law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). You will be notified of material changes.
