Reorder PDF Pages lets you rearrange the pages of a PDF into any sequence you like. Load a file, type the new page order (for example 3, 1, 2), and download a fresh PDF with the pages in that exact order. Everything runs in your browser, so your document never leaves your device.
How to use
- Click the drop zone or drag a PDF onto it to load your file.
- Read the page count shown, then type the new order in the box (separate numbers with commas or spaces).
- Use Reverse or Original order as quick starting points if you like.
- Click Reorder pages to build the new PDF.
- Click Download to save the reordered file.
Examples
- A 3 page PDF with order 3, 1, 2 produces a PDF whose pages are the original page 3, then page 1, then page 2.
- A 5 page PDF with order 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 produces a fully reversed document.
- A 4 page PDF with order 1, 2, 3, 4 leaves the pages unchanged (the original order).
FAQs
- Does my PDF get uploaded to a server?
- No. The tool reads and rewrites the file entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your document never leaves your device, which keeps it private.
- How do I write the new order?
- List every page number once, separated by commas or spaces. The first number becomes the first page. For a 3 page file, 3, 1, 2 means the new first page is the old page 3.
- What if I miss a page or repeat one?
- The tool checks that your order lists every page exactly once. If a page is missing, repeated, or out of range, it shows a clear message and will not build the file until the order is valid.
- Will reordering reduce the quality of my PDF?
- No. Pages are copied as is into a new document, so text, images, and formatting stay exactly the same. Only the page order changes.
- Can it open password protected PDFs?
- No. If a PDF is encrypted or password protected, remove the protection in a PDF viewer first, then load the file here.
- Is there a page limit?
- There is no fixed limit, but very large files use more browser memory and take longer. If a file is huge, it may be slow on lower powered devices.
